Our mission here is to make new friends, build community, help you if you have a business or side hustle, connect with influencer/bloggers, facilitate resources for you y mucho mas! If you're looking to connect with like-minded women and new to our area, this group is for you too! Here you'll find professionals, small business owners, mommas, consultants, entrepreneurs, and so on. We are here to support ALL Latina women in our Austin area and help you build your Chingona Tribe. You don’t have to be a blogger to come celebrate with us!

Meet ALU Founder Bessy Martinez
“I’ve had the opportunity to travel throughout my adult life. But one thing was always the same, I knew no one! I founded ALU because everywhere I went, I was always looking to the internet to find a community. A place where I could meet Latina woman like me and make connections. I’m a firm believer that if you can’t find it, you should create it. So I founded ALU. I knew if I was looking for this, there must be others like me looking too. Now as we continue to navigate through these crazy times, I feel community and unity is much needed. So many of us don’t leave our homes or work place and need a safe outlet. We should all have a tribe we can lean on for anything! I hope that here you find all that you need to grow as a Latina woman in your business/side hustle/entrepreneurship/brand and in even in your personal goals. This is YOUR community, so let’s grow it together!”

Do you only do markets?
No! Our mission is to support ALL Latina woman through out Central Texas achieve their goals and dreams. Our biggest events have been vendor markets, but we also host brunches, dinners, sip & shops and other events that bring the Latina woman closer to unity in our communities! It’s the Latina sisterhood our city needs to know about. Mujeres, Madres, Chingonas, Emprendedoras, and generations of culture and empowerment that needs to be represented in all corners of our city. We are a non-membership community. So the only costs will be for any events you chose to attend that require it, other than that they’ll say FREE to RSVP.
How can we support ALU if we can't make an event?
In just a few months we have grown to over 2k organic followers from word of mouth and being authentic to our missions. But here are a few other ways you can help us continue to spread our mission:
